            Reducing the PDF size (Mac Only)

            If you would like to reduce the size of the PDF you are sending out to parents through our messaging service please follow the below steps:


            1. Open the document as a Preview
            2. Click on File – Export – Quartz Filter – Reduce File Size
            3. Save your document to your chosen location.
