Viewing who has Consented to an Activity

  1. Once you have logged into GroupEd, click on the Activities section on the left-hand side of the screen. (If you have trouble logging in, please refer this FAQ) 

 

  1. Select the Published option. 

 

  1. Here you have all your published activities and concerts. Click on the activity you would like to view.  


  2. If you have multiple ongoing and need to filter these down by type, you can do this by clicking the individual headings under the search box – All, Concerts, Trips and Misc 

 

  1. Once you view your chosen activity, you can view what parents have consented by: 


  • 1. Clicking on Students overview. This page will show you the number of children consented along with their names and payment progress. (to learn more on Payment Progress)


  • 2. Or you can click on the Trip overview heading and this will provide you with a list of parents that have consented along with the child’s emergency contact details and any medical conditions. This page can be downloaded, emailed, and printed for the teachers to take with them on the trip. 

 

Note: If you have NOT selected for parents to consent to the trip then this information will not be available
