Viewing who has Consented to an Activity

Created by Lindsay Hodges, Modified on Tue, 6 Jan at 12:38 PM by Keira Skelton

NOTE: This is only available to activities that have selected that parental consent is required. If you have NOT selected for parents to consent to the activity then this information will not be available.

1. To view an activity, you will need to navigate to the 'Activities' section on the left-hand side.

2. If you wish to find out any information associated to an activity, you will now need to filter to locate the activity in question. If you select the 'Published' category, it will list all the previously published activities which are still active.

If you have numerous published activities, you may need to filter by the search bar/date of the activity.

3. Once you have clicked into the activity, you will be greeted with the 'General Details' section which provides an overview of the activity, including the payment schedule which has been set up for parents/carers.

To find out who exactly has consented for the activity, you'll need to navigate to the 'Students' Overview' section:

4. Upon accessing this page you should instantly be able to see who has so far consented to this activity.

If you scroll down the page slightly you'll be able to view a list of pupils who have had parental consent.

On the left-hand side of this page you will also be able to filter by year/tutor group and class to make the view easier to read.

Towards the bottom of the page you'll see heading 'Declined' which will list all the pupils where the parent/carer has declined the activity.

This data can be exported in pdf or excel format.
