GroupEd keeps a full behaviour history for every student. You can view individual records from a student's profile or browse the school-wide behaviour list filtered by category, class, or date.
Viewing a Student's Behaviour History
To see all behaviour records for a specific student:
Go to Classroom → Students and open the student's profile.
Click the Behaviour tab.
The Behaviour tab shows all achievements and incidents recorded for that student, most recent first. Each entry shows:
The behaviour type (achievement or incident).
The category label (e.g. Excellent effort, Disruptive behaviour).
The class or subject, if applicable.
The date the behaviour was recorded.
Any comment added by the teacher.
The point value assigned.
Viewing Behaviour Details
Go to student profile, click on the bahviour tab and scroll down to view Behaviour list.
Whole-school Behaviour (Dashboard)
To see behaviour across the whole school, navigate to Pupil Support → Behaviour. This opens the Behaviour Dashboard, with Behaviour Dashboard, Behaviour Summary, and Trends and Alerts tabs showing totals, charts, top students, and flagged concerns.
Use the tabs and the date range and Points/Counts toggles to focus the view:
Behaviour Dashboard — totals and charts of points/counts.
Behaviour Summary — per-student and per-class breakdowns.
Trends and Alerts — patterns over time and flagged students.
? For deeper behaviour analytics, use Pupil Support → Behaviour (the Behaviour Dashboard), which includes charts, summaries and trend/alert data.
