Deleting a Message

1. You'll first need to navigate to the 'Communications' drop down on the left-hand side and then select the heading for 'Messages'.


Upon opening the Messages page, you will automatically be greeted with the school message history. 



2. You now need to locate the message you'd like to delete and then there are two ways you can delete the message. 


       a. Hover over the message you'd like to delete and it will load a 'bin' icon that you can click to delete the message: This will then automatically ask you if you'd like to 'Delete Message for you' or 'Delete Message for Everyone'.


       b. The other way would be to click into the message you'd like to delete - this will load the message on the right-hand side of your screen. You'll then need to navigate to the 3 dots in the right-hand corner of the message.

To then delete the message, you can select one of the two options.


 

NOTE: By deleting the message for everyone, this will ONLY delete on the message view within the users login. It will NOT delete the email sent.
