Seeing Student Contact Details

You can see a Students details including emergency contact details in the Students and Staff Screen.

- Click into Students and Staff on the left hand bar of the screen.

- Search for the student.

- You can click into the Student and you will see their personal details and all their permissions.

- You can then scroll down the screen : on the left hand side you will see the groups they are a part of and on the right hand side you will see their contacts.

- To look at the contacts details you can click on Manage next to their names - there you will see their contact email address and phone number.
