This means that the email address, you wish to use for a new profile has already been used on another profile.
If the system is detecting that the email address has already been used, this would indicate that a profile with the email exists or previously existed. Unfortunately if the email previously existed (no longer in use), it would likely mean the profile will have been deleted and therefore will unable to be used again.
If the profile still exists and you wish to use this profile again, you can go ahead and attempt to 'Reset your Password'. You should then be able to assign the new details to that profile as necessary.
If this is not successful - please contact us directly and we can look to reinstate the profile/user from our archives.
