You will shortly receive contact from our Support Team here at GroupEd, you will be asked to complete a form to provide all your important contact and financial information.
Once this has been received, we will establish contact with WONDE to inform them you are ready to accept their connection.
Wonde is an integration tool that allows us to securely receive your school's MIS information into our system.
Once the connection has been approved with Wonde, they will begin an audit which is where they securely connect to your MIS. As soon as this has been completed, we will be notified and begin the creation and import process.
Wonde will email you to set this up. If you already use Wonde for another system this is usually a fairly quick process (taking around 2 working days after approval from you). If you do not currently use Wonde, they will need to complete an install with you - they will be in touch to confirm next steps and expected time frames.
Our dedicated support team will handle all of this process - all we need you to do is to complete the information form, return it to us, and accept the invitation from Wonde.
Once this has been completed and it has been approved by our development team, you can then sign in and use your new GroupEd system.
