Don’t worry if you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access to your account.
To reset your password via our website:
Visit the GroupEd Parent log in page https://parent.grouped.org.uk/#/login
At the bottom of the page, you will see a ‘Forgotten your Password’ option, click this to continue.
Enter your registered GroupEd email address (this would be the email you would usually log in with)
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address
Obtain the verification code from the email and enter the code on GroupEd webpage and click Verify
This will open a new window and you can then update your password (Your new password should be a minimum of 8 characters, 1 capital and 1 special character e.g., @! The system will confirm that you have met these requirements)
Click Reset Password
You will now be taken back to the Parent login screen
Enter your registered email address and updated password
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address (your registered email address will be confirmed on the GroupEd login page)
Obtain the code from the email and copy and paste this into the GroupEd webpage
Click Log In
You are now logged in
To reset your password on the App:
Open your app and click on the ‘Forgotten your Password’ option at the bottom of the page
Enter your registered GroupEd email address (this would be the email you would usually log in with)
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address
Obtain the verification code from the email and enter the code on the GroupEd app and click Verify
This page will now ask you to update your password (Your new password should be a minimum of 8 characters, 1 capital and 1 special character e.g., @! The system will confirm that you have met these requirements)
You will now be taken back to the Parent login screen on the app
Enter your registered email address and updated password
A verification code will be sent to your registered email address (your registered email address will be confirmed on the GroupEd login page)
Obtain the code from the email and copy and paste this into the GroupEd app
Click Log In
You are now logged in
