Activating your GroupEd account

Welcome to GroupEd 


To complete the activation for your account, please follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Your dependant’s school will send out a Welcome and Activation email to you. (If you have not received these emails, then please speak to your school’s office who can check that the details they hold for you are correct and up to date.) 


  1. The Activation email will have a link to activate your account along with confirmation of your username and temporary password


  1. To register and login via browser


  2. Click on Parent App and this will direct you to the GroupEd login page, where your account information will be pre-filled. 


  3. To register and login via our app 


  4. Download our app from your iOS or Google Play store.

  5. Input the email address and temporary password


  1. Check the details are correct. 


  1. Click the log in button. 


  1. You will now be prompted to update your password. (Your new password should be a minimum of 8 characters, 1 capital and 1 special character e.g., @!) 


  1. Once updated click log in. 


  1. You will now be logged in and your GroupEd account activated.
