Do you know that you can add a hyperlink to any message sent to parents or staff.
Using hyperlinks can help with sharing information quickly and accuretly.
Here’s how this can be done:
Once logged in, click on the Messages section and select +New Message
- Add a message title
Message body: Here is where you can add your hyperlink. Recipients will be able to click on this link to acceess the required information e.g a website.
There are 2 ways that you can add a hyperlink:
- Within the body of the message type in the web address that you would like to highlight e.g www.grouped.org.uk . Once the text is highlighted on blue the link will be active.
2. Again, within the body of the mesage you can add and amend the link by selecting this icon .
By clicking the icon above you will need to add the webiste address to the Web Address field.
If you would like to amend the title of the link then please add this to the Display text field.
By only completing the web address section the link will look like this www.grouped.org.uk
If adding the web address and updating the display text field your link will look like this GroupEd
